Chinese Anti-Aging Tea
Herbal tea to nourish liver qi and eyesight, relaxing, anti-aging, and moisturizing the skin.
Ingredients
- 2 g Goji berries
- 2 g Cinnamon sticks
- 2 g Hawthorn
- 2 g Chrysanthemum
Instructions
- Put everything in a cup.
- Pour 300 ml (10 fl oz) of water into the cup.
- Let it brew for two minutes.
- It is ready to serve.
- You can have a second cup by refilling the hot water.

Note: This Tea is not suitable for people with pregnancy or excess stomach acid.
